On Sunday December 15th, a new chapter in the Norwegian railway history was written with the new railway reform, as Go-Ahead as the first privately-operated railway transportation company started operations in Norway. Go-Ahead will be operating the Sørlandet-, Arendal- and the Jæren routes and has established its head office in Stavanger. Managing director Cathrine Elgin and the Norwegian Minister of Transport Jon Georg Dale both celebrated the opening by travelling the newly renamed Sørtoget from Stavanger to Oslo.
Proactima congratulates Go-Ahead with a successful start-up! We in Proactima are pleased to assist Go-Ahead in establishing themselves in Norway with services within risk management, security, HR, emergency preparedness, crisis communication, ISO certification and management system. In addition, Proactima also provide our cloud based risk- and quality management tool – UXRisk.
-We appreciate the congratulations and the assistance we have received during the mobilization period. Proactima’s competence in these important areas has been most valuable to us, and the plans and systems will also come very useful in the important work ahead of us, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and getting more passengers to choose Sørtoget in the years to come, says Cathrine Elgin, man.dir. in Go-Ahead Norge.
