Karianne Haver graduated from NTNU in 2004 with an MSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics, and started working for Proactima in 2007. She has been working with HSE, risk and emergency preparedness management for the oil and gas industry since 2004.

Karianne has broad experience from development of risk analysis techniques and their application to the oil and gas, power supply and transportation sectors. She has conducted risk analyses from an enterprise risk management point of view to applications within the HSE area, including conducting HAZIDs, SIMOPs and QRAs. She has also conducted emergency preparedness analyses (EPAs) and provided emergency management consultancy. Karianne has experience with barrier management and has been working with establishing a concept for barrier management for an offshore installation in operations.
