Marianne Fauskanger has 15 years of experience within safety, emergency preparedness and risk analyses. She has experience as project manager and has performed several risk analyses; both quantitative and qualitative analyses. She has performed analyses and studies for many offshore installations and for various major accident plants, facilities for production/ storage of hydrogen and facilities for carbon capture and storage.
Establishment of risk contours and safety distances has been a central part in the studies for these facilities. Marianne has further been working in detail engineering projects where she has been integrated as part of the safety engineering teams and the work included development of safety strategies and performance standards, in addition to other safety related specifications.
She also has experience as quality- and safety advisor in Sporveien – in the department responsible for infrastructure for metro and tramway in Oslo. Main tasks there were establishment of quality system (ISO9001, ISO 14001), RAMS follow-up and performing internal audits in the organization.
