Health, safety and environment (HSE) is something all workplaces must work with. Both employers and employees are obliged to work systematically to prevent and deter damage to their employees’ health.
This concept is anchored in the internal control regulations, the petroleum regulations (for oil and gas) and in regulations concerning the working environment etc. on ships.
