Physical working environment is about the physical design and the facilitation of workplaces and work operations (ergonomics), as well as exposure to physical working environment factors, such as thermal environment (cold and heat), noise, vibration, lighting, electromagnetic fields and ionizing radiation (Occupational- and environmental hygiene).
