Proactive methodology in crisis management
We offer operational and strategic support and assistance if the situation requires it. We assist you with the design of crisis communication plans, and strategic and operational communication and media management if the situation requires it. We also act as a press spokesperson on behalf of our customers.
Our preferred methodology for good crisis management, the proactive methodology, is based on long experience and extensive professional expertise. This ensures a quick and correct response, better management of defined potential in an incident, as well as proactive measures for desired control.
Proactive staff methodology is the most widely used crisis management methodology in Norway. Proactima has further developed this methodology to work very appropriately also for strategic crisis management.

Crisis communication
