We are looking for you if you have:
- Relevant higher education, and preferably documented experience from previous jobs
- Competence within one or more of our areas of expertise
- Business understanding, commercial flair and like cooperating with clients
- Ability to work independently and can take on different roles in a team
- Desire to develop / sell services into new markets / sectors
- Ability to include and interact, be creative and curious
- Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, written and spoken

Proactima is a nationally recognized consultancy within HSE, security and emergency preparedness, and risk. We are 100 employees and additionally engages around 40 highly qualified people in various fields.
