We organize all forms of education, training and exercises related to crisis and emergency preparedness, either as standard packages or customized for the organization, operations and location. We are happy to provide training and coaching for all roles and teams in an emergency preparedness organization, discussion exercises, practical exercises and full-scale exercises.
In the spring of 2023, all operators on the Norwegian continental shelf decided to adopt the structure of the Incident Command System (ICS). In order to remain in a major oil spill protection incident over time, both large and small operators depend on being able to borrow competent personnel from each other. Proactima is the only Norwegian provider of the classroom course ICS 300 and the e-learnng courses ICS 100 and ICS 200.
